Seller and checkout

JJL Publishing House is the customer-facing seller. Contact JJL Publishing House at info@jjlpublishing.com or 701-404-0849.

Initial customer ordering is United States only. Checkout displays selected titles, bundle discounts, shipping and handling, applicable tax and the final amount before payment. No optional extras are preselected. Card information is collected by Stripe.

Payment and confirmation

Payment is confirmed by signed Stripe events and server-side reconciliation, not browser return alone. A confirmed order generates an electronic confirmation and receipt at your checkout email. Order details and applicable policy identifiers are preserved as purchase snapshots.

Preorders and retail

All seven Great Soccer Sleepover books are offered for preorder at $14.99 each from October 10 through November 16, 2026, America/Chicago time, with applicable bundle discounts shown at checkout. New payment Sessions stop opening at 11:30 p.m. Central on November 16. Existing Sessions may complete before midnight beginning November 17; unpaid or abandoned Sessions expire at that cutoff and cannot retain preorder pricing. Beginning November 17, new retail purchases use $16.99 pricing and require available physical stock. Paid preorders keep their original price and classification after the window closes. Shipping is charged once per order. If JJL sends an order in separate shipments, JJL does not charge the customer additional shipping for those shipments. Preorder and retail items must be ordered separately.

Preorder books are not currently in stock. JJL measures paid demand before arranging production, then receives and prepares inventory. Preorders remain held until fulfillment is authorized. Expected to begin shipping approximately December 17, 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Paid preorders may be cancelled and refunded before physical shipment, including after the preorder window closes. Contact JJL Publishing House at info@jjlpublishing.com or 701-404-0849. Once shipped, the physical-book return policy applies. Refund settlement may take additional payment-provider or bank processing time.

Returns and order problems

For ordinary change-of-mind physical-book returns, contact JJL first and request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return the book in substantially original/resalable condition following JJL instructions. The return mailing address is provided privately after approval; do not send a return without instructions. The customer pays ordinary return shipping unless JJL approves otherwise. Refunds are processed after the returned book is received and verified. Original shipping is not refunded unless required by applicable law or specifically approved by JJL.

If an order arrives damaged, is missing, contains the wrong item or includes a JJL fulfillment mistake, let us know and we will make it right. Contact JJL Publishing House at info@jjlpublishing.com or 701-404-0849. Depending on the situation, JJL will arrange an appropriate replacement, correction, reshipment or refund. You will not be required to pay return shipping for incorrect or damaged fulfillment caused by JJL.
