Who we are
Contact JJL Publishing House at info@jjlpublishing.com or 701-404-0849.
JJL does not publish a physical customer-service or return address. Return instructions and mailing addresses are provided privately after approval.
Order and download information
Guest checkout uses your name, email and shipping details to process payment, fulfill orders, provide support and keep operational records. Stripe collects card details; JJL does not store full card numbers. Entitlement and download records support secure digital delivery. The Store is intended for adult purchasers, with no child account system.
Providers and storage
Hostinger hosts the Store and transactional email infrastructure. Stripe processes payments and calculates applicable tax. JJL manages physical fulfillment. Essential session and security cookies support carts, checkout and CSRF protection. Optional analytics remain controlled by Cookie Preferences.
Retention and requests
JJL retains records as needed for orders, support, security and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion. Contact JJL Publishing House at info@jjlpublishing.com or 701-404-0849. Payment-provider records may have separate retention requirements.
