Paid preorders may be cancelled and refunded before physical shipment, including after the preorder window closes. Contact JJL Publishing House at info@jjlpublishing.com or 701-404-0849. Once shipped, the physical-book return policy applies. Refund settlement may take additional payment-provider or bank processing time.
Please include your order number, name, checkout email and the items you wish to cancel. Do not send payment-card details.
